Kevin P. Quirk – President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kevin P. Quirk - President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Prior to founding White Hat Brands, Kevin was employed by The Coca-Cola Company where he held a variety of senior-level marketing positions, most recently on the Minute Maid business. Prior to Coca-Cola, Kevin spent nine years at Anheuser-Busch where he worked in Brand Management, Field Sales and Marketing, Wholesaler Development and Strategic Planning. Kevin has a BS in Marketing and a BA in Communications from Saint Louis University and extensive executive management coursework at Harvard Business School.

Greg Peter – Chief Operating Officer

Prior to White Hat Brands, Greg was an executive with Pepsi/Frito-Lay North America, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Frito-Lay, and Quaker Foods. At Pepsi, he held several key positions including Division National Account Manager, Sales Development Manager, Northeast Region Director, and Director of National Accounts. In this last role, Greg was responsible for the P&L of Pepsi's second largest foodservice account. Prior to this, Greg was responsible for the Northeast region. Raised in the Philadelphia area, Greg graduated from Villanova University with honors.

Chris Olivier – Vice President of Marketing

Prior to White Hat, Chris headed up Brand Management for In Zone Brands' children's beverage business, overseeing the strategic planning, marketing and licensing for the BellyWashers and TummyTickler brands. Prior to In Zone, Chris co-founded and directed marketing and product development for Kids Corral, Inc,. a privately-held children's product manufacturing venture based in NYC. He has also previously held positions in marketing and business development in media and technology with such corporations as Mediacom, Macromedia and Anderson Consulting. Chris holds a B.A. in International Relations from Colgate University.

Don Lux – Vice President of Operations

Don Lux comes to White Hat Brands from Lang Naturals, a full service private label and corporate brand manufacturer specializing in premium health benefit driven products. Prior to Lang, Mr. Lux served as VP of Operations for In Zone Brands where he was responsible for beverage operations, purchasing and supply chain management. Prior to In Zone, Don served as Director of Operations for Baldwin Richardson Foods in upstate New York, overseeing quality, production, maintenance, engineering and supply chain management. Before Baldwin, Lux ran global purchasing for Cliffstar Corporations. Don holds a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University.

James Skurchak – Vice President of Sales

Jim joined White Hat Brands in February 2007 and is responsible for the company's channel and customer development efforts. Previously, Jim was Director of Sales for National Beverage, where he was a key part of the leadership team that developed Rip-it™ energy drink into the largest warehouse-delivered brand in the industry despite heavy competition. Before joining National Beverage, Jim was a Senior Manager for the Quaker/Tropicana/Gatorade sales division of PepsiCo. While there, Jim spearheaded the development of the convenience retail channel for Gatorade, the successful launch of Propel Fitness Water, and the implementation and management of a large network of brokers throughout much of the country. Jim is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City.
